Once your order is placed it takes about 4-7 business days (not including weekends) for us to process, pack, and ship your order. Once your order is shipped, shipping time depends on the shipping option you've chosen. If you select USPS Priority usually will take 1-3 business days and if you select USPS Priority Express it should be there the next business days.

If you suspect your package is lost or stolen please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Once a package is in possession of the shipping carrier it is now the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We try to replace lost or stolen packages if possible but not guarantee.
